Recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) as one of 25 "Summer Schools in the Arts," Traveling Players trains young actors in classical theatre with plays by Shakespeare, Moliere, Gozzi and on Greek Mythology. Faculty to student ratio: 1:4.
Actors rehearse a play in small, supportive groups of only 12 performers, receiving expert acting training, professional direction and designs. In residence at Camp Highroads in Middleburg, Virginia -- just 1 hour outside of DC and nestled in the woods on 600 acres of private land.
Exceptional faculty; personalized attention; innovative training. And super fun! Small by design; awarded for excellence.
